An office contained 10 computers, and all users stored their information on their own workstation. No backups were being performed, and users were unable to efficiently share files.

The VCS team was able to setup a centeralized file server to help facilitate file sharing. VCS Vault was also installed to ensured that everyones files are backed up frequently and reliably.
